This is the official page for Foundation Skills Training program organized by Bangladesh Computer Council. Students, Trainers and all the concerned members of the program can interact with each other by using this official page and also can keep themselves updated about the program, which is being conducted at the respective universities in the various departments. ITES Foundation Skills Training

program is one of the ambitious projects under the LICT, to be implemented by Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC) funded by World Bank. ITES Foundation Skills Training Program aims to train 20,000 non- IT students of honours final year in various universities/colleges for IT Sector over three years. Non-IT students or graduates are trained up for courses in SEO, online marketing, tech support, BPO processes in BFSI, HRM, outbound sales, customer service, etc. The ITES Foundation Skills Training program is an important project not just for their scale and comprehensive skill development scope but with a potential to transform lives of a large number of citizens, and to create an enormous talent pool for Bangladesh in the ICT and ITES sectors. The delivery of this program is followed by e-learning, trainer-led sessions based on lectures, case studies, audio-visual tools. The universities and institutions will also gain from enhanced capacity of their faculty. The most deserving master trainers will be also trained under the program. And for the sincere and committed students, these courses provide free-of-cost career building and life transforming mechanisms. The program will be monitored closely for ensuring international quality and standards using online monitoring mechanisms, standardized content and faculty training and certification and employment placement for the students.
