Delivery time may differ from one item to another. Delivery Timeline: Delivery might take longer than usual timeframe/line to be followed by Qarfaa. The delivery timeframe is only subject to estimation and please consider and calculate the announced timeframe as working days. It might vary depending upon the circumstances. Delivery might be delayed due to force majeure events which include, but not limited to, political unrest, political event, national/public holidays/official holiday(s), pandemics etc, also for the supplier delay for mass number of orders and for logistic partners; ie: courier services. Order after 6 PM will be considered as an order of next business day. Our business days exclude government holidays / public holidays. We provide great customer experience each time you shop with your Qarfaa. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ensure ‘Replacement Guarantee’. We will replace your purchased product if the product has any defect by its manufacturer or if the product is not the same one you ordered. Please check your products in front of riders or courier service agents to avail replacement service. All you need to do is give us a call or drop an email at [email protected] within a period of 24 hours from the date of delivery. However, please return the product with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Replacement for products is subject to inspection and checking by Qarfaa team. Replacement cannot be possible if the product is burnt, damaged by short circuit, broken by customer or damaged while using by customer. We give the option of taking back the product from your doorstep at Dhaka. If reverse pickup is not possible from your doorstep, you can send it by courier to our office address "11 No. Business Plot, Khilji Rd, Shyamoli, Dhaka - 1207" Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our 'Replacement Guarantee’. Refund:
If any order is cancelled, payment against such order will generally be refunded within 10 working days, but the refund process may take more time depending upon the payment service gateway provider’s clauses. Provided that received cashback amount, if any, will be adjusted with the refund amount. The refund will be initiated within the same payment channel i.e. if the customer pays via bKash, then the customer will be refunded through bKash. The customer cannot be refunded via any other payment channel. But Qarfaa retains the right and has the right to consider/reconsider refund via another flexible channel(s) to make the refund system faster or to make it easier for the customer. The customer will not be eligible for any cashback/bonus against his principal amount in case of refunds because if the order is cancelled, its related cashback will also be cancelled. Qarfaa is not bound to pay any kind of service charge or cost for the refunded amount. In case of refunding card payment, the refund will be returned directly to the customer's debit/credit card if customer claims a refund to his bank. Then we will be informed about it via SSLCommerzBD and take necessary initiatives. Card payment can be refunded only to the card holder's account via bank and cannot be refunded partially as per policy.
