নিয়ামাবলীঃ
১। সংগঠনের নুন্যতম সময়সীমা ৫ বছর।
২।মাসিক চাঁদার পরিমান ১০০০ টাকা। চাঁদা বাংকের মাধ্যমে পরিশোধযোগ্য।
৩।অতিরিক্ত চাঁদা ও ফান্ড আলোচনা সাপেক্ষ।
৪।মাসের (১-১০) তারিখের মধ্যে চাঁদা দিতে হবে, অন্যথায় ২০১৪ সালের জানুয়ারি মাস থেকে প্রতি মাসে ৫০ টাকা জরিমানা দিতে হবে।
৫।কোন সদস্য যদি পর পর তিন মাস চাঁদা না দেয় তাহলে তার সদস্যপদ স্থগিত ও
ছয় মাস পর বাতিল করা হবে। কমিটির অনুমতি ব্যতিত সদস্যপদ হস

্তান্তরযোগ্য নয়।
৬।সদস্যপদ বাতিল করতে হলে ০৩ মাস পূর্বে কমিটির নিকট আবেদন করতে হবে এবং ০২ বছর মেয়াদ পূর্তির পর আমানত প্রদান করা হবে।
৭।আকস্মিক দূ্ঘটনায় কোন সদস্য বিপদগ্রস্থ হলে তাকে সহযোগিতা করার প্রয়াস থাকবে।
৮।অতিঃ ঝুকিপূণ ও সুদের কারবারে বিনিয়োগ করা হবে না এবং মতামতের ভিক্তিতে বিনিয়োগ ও
সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ করা হবে।
৯।নির্বাচিত কমিটির সিদ্ধান্ত চূড়ান্ত বলে গণ্য হবে।
১০। প্রতিটি সভায় অবশ্যই প্রত্যেক সদস্যকে উপস্থিত থাকতে হবে।

Terms & Conditions:

1 Minimum duration is 05 (five) years.
2 100 (one hundred) taka received for application form to application a membership.
3 Monthly subscription fee is taka 1000 (one thousand) only.
4 Monthly subscription fee must be paid within due time. It time for each month is dated 1-10.
5 If you fail to paid monthly subscription fee due time, you will given penalty taka 50 (fifty).
6 Your membership will be invalid if you doesn’t paid subscription fee consecutively 03 (three) months.
7 You doesn’t reject your membership before 02 (two) years. If you reject your membership then your security money will be paid to trimming association expenses after 02 (two) years.
8 If you want to reject your membership you will be given written notification to authority before 03 (three) months.
9 When you given your subscription fee then you collect your money receipt.
10 If you lost or damaged your pass book you will pay taka 100 (one hundred) fee for collect a new pass book.
11 Authority’s decision is final decision which is respectable to all members.

জনাব,
আমার ব্যক্তিগত সমস্যার কারণে আমাদের সংগঠনে আর সদস্য পদ পরিচালনা করা সম্ভব হচ্ছেনা। তাই আগামী ডিসেম্বর-১৭ ক্লোজিংয়ের মধ্য দিয়ে আমার সদস্যপদেরও ক্লোজিং টানতে হচ্ছে।

অতিরিক্ত চাঁদা হিসেবে প্রত্যেক সদস্য অাগামী জুন-২০১৬ সালের মধ্যে ৫০০০/= জমা দিতে হবে। সাথে নিয়মিত জমা ১০০০/= দিতে হবে। অর্থাৎ মোট ৬০০০/= টাকা জমা দিতে হবে।

আলহামদুলিল্লাহ্‌ আমাদের সংগঠনের ২ ( দুই) বছর পূর্তি উপলক্ষে আসন্ন ঈদ-উল-ফিতরের পরের দিন আমাদের সংগঠনের বাৎসরিক সভার আয়োজন করা হয়েছে। উক্ত সভায় সকলের উপস্থিতি একান্তভাবে কাম্য।
সময় ও স্থান খুব শিগ্রই জানানো হবে।
