Situated in the heart of the West Coast in Derricks, St. James, Bonita Bay is an intimate beach mostly frequented by local fishermen and neighbouring property owners. Villa Bonita has been specifically designed to maximize this view, offering fantastic vistas from almost every room.

POOL & COURTYARD

Villa Bonita has been designed around a private courtyard and pool. The pool itself is using Italian glass mosaic tiles and waterfall pumps with energy efficient pumping and salt water chlorination system.

KITCHEN

The fabulous TM Italia kitchen overlooks the private courtyard with its salt water pool. Fully equipped with Gaggenau oven, steam oven, microwave, warming draw and hood, 400 series, freezer RF 471 200 and freezer RF 463, Siemens wine cooler, 2 refrigerators and dishwasher.

LIVING ROOM

Villa Bonita’s living room is beautifully designed with a breathtaking view of the ocean. This area also leads out to the courtyard and pool.

DINING ROOM

The dining area at Villa Bonita comprises 299 square feet and features a modern 10 to 12 seater dining table, perfect for throwing dinner parties for friends and family. The dining area also boasts a spectacular sea view and leads out onto the deck.

BEDROOMS

Of the six magnificent bedrooms, four feature en-suite bathrooms each custom designed by the Italian company Milldue with fittings by Treemme Siena Italy, including the master bedroom which also boasts its own private balcony and his-and-hers walk in closets. The two “cottage” bedrooms on the ground floor share a lovely bathroom, as well as high spec Milldue with Treemme Siena Italy fittings.

BATHROOMS

This luxury villa boasts five and a half modern designed bathrooms. Four of the bathrooms are en-suite while one is shared between the two ground floor bedrooms. In addition, there is also a guest or powder room.
