MEET THE TEAM
Kareena Thackeray

With over 20 years of experience in bookkeeping and administration, Kareena brings a wealth of knowledge and a warm, client-focused approach to her role as Finance Assistant.

Kareena worked alongside Julianne in her bookkeeping business before joining Nimbus, where she further built her hands-on experience and collaborative style.

At Nimbus, she plays an important role in supporting the wider bookkeeping team,
helping to keep things running smoothly and ensuring clients receive high-quality
service and support. Known for her friendly nature and strong organisational skills, Kareena takes pride in providing reliable and accurate support and building positive relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Outside of work, she enjoys staying active and making the most of her
downtime, whether that’s exploring new places, taking on creative projects, or
unwinding with loved ones - which of course includes her furry friend Ralph.

MEET THE TEAM
Julianne Corbett
Julianne is the Finance Manager at Nimbus Broking & Advisory, with over 20 years of experience in bookkeeping and financial management. She began her career in 1998 and went on to complete a Certificate IV in Accounting, becoming a registered BAS Agent in 2015.

Before joining Nimbus, Julianne ran her own bookkeeping business for eight years, working with clients across a wide range of industries and building strong, lasting relationships.

At Nimbus, she enjoys working closely with her team of bookkeepers and supporting clients to feel confident and in control of their finances. Known for her approachable style, Julianne is passionate about making finance straightforward and building trusted partnerships.

Outside of work, she loves walking with her dog, Stan, and spending time with her family & friends especially her new grandson, Hugo—moments that keep her grounded and bring her great joy.

MEET THE TEAM
Andrew Schmetzer
Andrew brings nearly 39 years of industry experience, with deep expertise in agribusiness and commercial banking. Born and raised in the Riverina, Andrew began his career with one of Australia’s ‘big four’ banks in 1988 after finishing school. He worked across multiple regional branches before settling in Wagga Wagga in 1996.

Over the years, Andrew has built a strong reputation in commercial banking, working closely with small, medium, and corporate enterprises. He has developed particular expertise in agribusiness, drawing on both his professional experience and regional background. His professional qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Small and Medium Enterprise Management from Charles Sturt University, along with a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.

Andrew is also deeply committed to his local community. He has held several roles across community organisations and is proud to have served as an inaugural board member of the Committee for Wagga, contributing to initiatives that support the region’s long-term growth and prosperity.

Outside of work, Andrew values time with family and friends and has a lifelong passion for sport. He enjoys both playing and watching Aussie Rules football, touch football, and water skiing. A dedicated supporter of youth development in Aussie Rules, Andrew spends his winter weekends umpiring, mentoring, and coaching the next generation.

As a loyal St Kilda supporter, he is still waiting to see his team claim a premiership, but remains ever hopeful!

Michael Adams
A Young local, Michael, has worked in the agricultural services industry and finance industry for over a 15 years. Michael came to Nimbus after working in a prominent family-owned financial planning practice, where he honed his financial services knowledge and mortgage broking skills.
When not working on getting clients the best deal on their mortgage, he is keeping the office operations in tip top shape.
Michael has a Bachelors in Finance (Business), Diploma of Mortgage Broking and Finance Management and is our other in House JP (Justice of the Peace).
When not at work you will find Michael working on his lifestyle property or playing sport, in between travelling to tick another country off his holiday list.

Nikki Corkhill
Hailing from Harden-Murrumburrah Nikki has worked in the Legal and Financial services industries for well over a decade. Nikki came to Nimbus after working as a Business Credit Analyst for two of the big four banks. Beyond the numbers, Nikki is driven by a genuine passion for customer service. She is Richard’s right hand lady and is well known around the office for writing comprehensive lists, that keep Richard (and the rest of us!) on the straight and narrow.
Nikki has a Diploma of Mortgage Broking and Finance Management and is also one of our two in House JP’s (Justice of the Peace).
When not at work, you will find Nikki spending quality time with her young family or enjoying a good book!

Glenn Cox

Glenn has more than 25 years’ experience in Agribusiness and Commercial Finance, including executive roles with two leading Australian banks and a global packaging manufacturer. He has in-depth experience in financial and business management and has worked with small, family-owned enterprises, right through to ASX-listed entities throughout Queensland, NSW and Victoria. Now based in Wagga Wagga, Glenn is passionate about helping his clients and colleagues to achieve their financial and personal goals. Glenn holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New England and a Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking Management.
When not at work Glenn loves spending time with his wife and their 4 boys. They are a massive sports family, whether it’s watching the boys participate in kids sport all around the Riverina, or occasionally travelling to Canberra to watch the mighty Raiders play in the NRL.

Dylan Richardson
Born and raised in Harden-Murrumburrah, Dylan has lived and worked in the Hilltops area for his whole life. Dylan has more than 15 years’ experience in Agricultural and Commercial banking as a Relationship Manager, Business Banking Manager and Assistant Manager with a major Australian bank. During this time, he significantly grew his client base into the bank’s largest portfolio nationally and achieved the highest level of lending growth for three consecutive years. Dylan has extensive experience in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting and risk management. Dylan prides himself in developing close working relationships and delivering successful outcomes for his clients.
When not at work, you'll find Dylan spending time with his young family.
