Your price includes preparation of all documents, plans and permit fees with no extra costs. We build homes for families on the Bass Coast and throughout South Gippsland.

A Coldon home is designed to withstand the extreme Bass Coast and South Gippsland weather. Our re

sident structural engineer and building surveyor will ensure that homes constructed on sites exposed to specific conditions are catered for.

➡️ Your choice of exterior finishes
The exterior of your home can be James Hardie cladding, brick veneer, timber and any other modern building material you choose. Windows, doors and screens come in durable colour coated aluminium. A Coldon home will contain interior fittings to suit your requirements. Visit our colour selection showroom and you will be impressed with the options available, especially when you learn the quality of our included fixtures - leaving little requirement for upgrades.

➡️ Construction Flexibility
We will build your home to completion or lock up. Our construction program can be arranged to suit your needs and budget. Our site supervisors are a fantastic team of skilled and enthusiastic tradespeople that are fantastic to work with.

➡️ Six-star energy rating
Lower energy costs and greater comfort. All our homes include a minimum 6-Star energy efficiency rating, which means your home keeps more heat out in summer and retains more heat in winter - a more economical and comfortable home all year round.

➡️ Sustainability
Coldon Homes also has an accredited Thermal Performance Assessor and HIA Greensmart professional onboard ensuring your home can be designed and built to the best energy efficiency and environmental standards.

🔨 WE'RE LOOKING FOR A TALENTED TILER TO JOIN OUR TEAM

Coldon Homes has been building quality homes across the Bass Coast for 65 years and the tradespeople we work with are a big part of us reaching this milestone.

Due to increased workload and continued growth, we're expanding our trade base and looking for an experienced, reliable tiler to come on board as a sub-contractor.

Work is primarily based around Phillip Island, with opportunities extending through to Corinella and Wonthaggi.

We're looking for someone who:
✅ Is experienced and takes pride in their work
✅ Has a strong work ethic and great attention to detail
✅ Can work independently and as part of a team
✅ Is looking to grow with a busy, expanding company

✨Handover✨ From display home inspiration to a completed coastal build in Corinella.

Our clients first discovered the ‘Glendale Design’ while visiting our display home in Newhaven, Phillip Island. They quickly knew it was the right fit for their family. From there, we worked closely with them to tailor the design to suit their lifestyle, incorporating personal touches that truly elevated the final outcome.

The timber-look cabinetry paired with the statement pendant lighting above the island bench creates a warm, contemporary feel and has become one of our favourite features of this standout home.

The Glendale proves just how deceptively spacious a thoughtfully designed home can be, blending relaxed coastal living with practical family spaces and seamless indoor-outdoor entertaining.
