We are now on 44 days into the project and have just hit $100,000 spent

But we have made massive progress and are fully steaming along with this one, so now the place is completely lined with plaster is set to start Monday to do the setting and install the cornices.
Kitchen will be starting to go in at the end of next week with the waterproof set to start the following Monday and floating floors installed throughout the whole house.

So we are about 30 days away from this place being ready for tenants and about another $70,000 left to spend
So let’s see if we can get this baby done in time

Day 30!

Renovation update on the port Kembla project.
Massive progress as the floor is now up, being patched and ready for sanding this week.
Wardrobes are ready to be installed. Painters are set to start prep at the end of the week.
