Back from the Loan Market Scale Up Conference and, as you can see, I’ve returned with a very important new member of the team… 🐑💙

Meet Sparky, courtesy of the legends at AMP Bank. He’s blue, he’s fluffy, and I’m told his lending knowledge is improving by the day. 😂

It was brilliant catching up with so many familiar faces at conference, and especially great spending some time with the AMP team and learning more about their new EquityFlex loan.

This one is definitely worth watching. 👀

EquityFlex has the potential to be a real game changer for investors, particularly when it comes to maximising borrowing capacity and creating more opportunities in this next phase of the market.

Great product, great conversations, great conference… and I got a blue lamb out of it.

Hard to complain, really. 🐑🤣
