Great to be part of the Private Credit Unpacked event in Newcastle last week.

It was fantastic to see such a strong turnout from local developers and property professionals, along with plenty of thoughtful questions and discussion throughout the session.

Balmain partner Patrick Pinney and Mario Mourad from Autobiography shared firsthand insights into working with private credit and provided valuable perspectives on the current Australian Development landscape.

A big shout-out to our Balmain trio who took on Run Melbourne 2026

Winding through the Melbourne CBD, along the Yarra and around the Royal Botanic Gardens, the Balmain team delivered a great performance through the very hilly course.

Curtis Di Ilorio matched his personal best with an outstanding 1:20 time; Helen Truong knocked out half of the full marathon she’s chasing in October in a great 2:37; and Danche Anae made a remarkable comeback after an ACL injury just 12 months ago, finishing her very first half marathon in 2:17.

Huge congrats, team. Keep up the great work. We’re already looking forward to the next one.
