At Enthusiast, we’ve never been about following the crowd. For the naysayers in the insurance game, everything’s black and white.
But back in 2010, when we saw a niche market, it was full of different colours, shapes, and makes. Where others saw ‘difficult,’ we saw an opportunity.
We copped our fair share of no’s—“That’s too risky,” “That’s too hard,” “You ca
n’t do that,” “Yeah, nah”—but no amount of no’s were gonna stop us. Instead, we pushed through. There was no single ‘a-ha’ moment, just a series of ‘one-by-one’ moments that slowly built us into something bigger.
We’ve grown because of our people—just decent, dedicated, and fun people to be around. Our customers love talking to them, feeling that enthusiasm firsthand. They spread the word, and now we’ve written over 77,000 policies of all different colours, shapes, and makes. You don’t do that by saying no.
