Hi five little Zella 🙌

Sometimes us crazy, distracted, adults, messed up by societies pressures and norms, forget to just stop for two seconds and celebrate the wins. Kids, with their pure little hearts, on the other hand love any opportunity to celebrate. Reminds me it's about time one of the soft toys had a birthday actually - they love it so much!

Trying harder over here to stop and enjoy the wins (big and small) with the same energy and importance I give the failures, the 'lessons', the stress!

Birthday month for the girls team! All 3 of us in the next two weeks and we're ready for it 💃

We've got 3 countdowns running at once - how many sleeps until Leggies bday, how many until Zella's and how many until paaaarty day. My angel Allegra will be 8 and our baby Gisele will be 5! I can't say I'm upset about the baby / toddler years being behind me. It was wild but life changing in the best possible way. Grateful every day for your support which has let me be there for it all as much as possible. 😍

One of the biggest misconceptions I see from first-home buyers is that they need to find a property before speaking to a broker.

Evvverrry Wednesday 💙

Swimming lessons - snacks to avoid the tantrums, towels, goggles, shampoo, fresh clothes and a whole lot of patience 😅. Oh and the card thing so that they get their stickers afterwards! At least they're at the age now that I don't need to get in the water with them for the lesson. Major win when you're juggling two solo.

It’s funny how these little weekly routines end up meaning so much. It's easy to dread them because they're full on and exhausting but I came so close to missing a lot of it that I'm grateful even when it feels like a total punish! 🤍

This one tells me off from the pool if I pull my phone out too - I have to 'watch - no working!'

To my single mums with grand plans to do more than make ends meet. Focus on you and increasing your own income. Firstly, share the care arrangements so that you at least have some capacity to rebuild. Insisting on more care for more child support - noooooo! Yes, get any child support or government support you're entitled to in place but focus on the real value which is in you! Not ex hubby or the govt. Send your energy there. I know it's so hard. So so hard in this capitalist world designed for two incomes in a household. Throw in kids and it feels almost impossible. When they're babies IT IS IMPOSSIBLE! Forget doing anything more than the surviving for that few years but trust me - you are the answer, you are the value, you are the gift - you are it! For yourself and your babies. No one else.

FINALIST NOMINATION! ✨👏

I could not have been less interested in awards since starting this journey a few years ago. I was single mumming with a 3yo and a 1yo (who would not sleep!). It was allllll about them and building a life that was more sustainable and enjoyable for us. 😍

But I must say I'm pretty chuffed about this! A complete surprise - absolutely no involvement in the process - I see a lot of noise around 'self nomination' for these awards! Clearly not all true as I had no idea. I knew my numbers were good for a solo female broker and was maybe a little like hey can I get a shout out over here haha.

Annnyway so grateful for my customers support and for this recognition from one of Australia's largest Broker Aggregators. 💝🤗

Now to find a dress for awards night 25 Nov woop woooop. And a babysitter! 💃
