AIM: We will renew and reinvigorate our organisation to ensure we remain relevant and responsive to our community. OBJECTIVES:
1.1 Ensure physical work environment is fit for purpose.
1.2 Provide functional and adequate community space for programs, staff, volunteers and members of the community.
1.3 Promote the ENC across the region and grow membership. PRIORITY 2: Understanding Our Community
AIM: We will connect with our community and empower them to connect with each other. OBJECTIVES:
2.1 Identify existing and emerging community needs.
2.2 Recognise gaps in service delivery.
2.3 Value diversity and inclusion.
2.4 Improve external communication channels. PRIORITY 3: Delivering Innovative Services
AIM: We will help facilitate and deliver practical solutions to address local issues and local needs within our community. OBJECTIVES:
3.1 Develop, encourage, resource and/or implement innovative programs, activities and community projects that are consistent with the Centre’s aims and objectives.
3.2 Maintain and develop effective links with groups auspiced by ENC.
3.3 Assess the effectiveness of our service. PRIORITY 4: Working in Partnerships
AIM: We will always seek to work cooperatively with others to build long-term sustainable social capital and social cohesion in our local community. OBJECTIVES:
4.1 Enhance the financial sustainability of the Centre.
4.2 Maintain and nurture established partnerships.
4.3 Identify and build new partnerships. PRIORITY 5: Planning for the Future
AIM: We will develop and implement strategies that will ensure the long term viability of our not-for-profit organisation. OBJECTIVES:
