Great to attend the AFG Table of Influence session with a group of like-minded business owners.

The session focused on AI and technology, looking at how we’re currently using different tools and platforms to improve efficiency, streamline processes and support the way we operate our businesses.

It was also a great opportunity to look ahead and discuss what technology is just around the corner.

Always valuable to share ideas, experiences and learn from others who are navigating many of the same challenges and opportunities.

A great session with plenty of food for thought.

With the Australian property market going through a period of change and a reported slowdown in new home loan applications there’s interesting opportunity emerging for existing homeowners.

With mortgage demand slowing lenders are competing harder to attract quality borrowers and that competition can mean sharper interest rates and more attractive refinancing offers for those who are willing to review their current home loan.

If you haven't reviewed your home loan in the last 12–24 months now could be a good time to see what options are available. Even a small reduction in your interest rate can make a meaningful difference to your monthly repayments and the total interest you pay over the life of your loan.

The banks are competing for your business so it may be worth finding out what your existing lender is offering and what other lenders can do.

No change from the RBA today.

The official cash rate has been left on hold giving borrowers a little more certainty for the time being.

Today's decision shows the Reserve Bank is taking a cautious approach as it watches how the economy responds to recent changes.

It’s hard to believe but Elevate Mortgage & Finance has officially turned 1 🎉

This past year has flown by and I’ve genuinely loved everything that comes with building something from the ground up and seeing how far we’ve come in just 12 months.
