Great news for first home buyers and low deposit borrowers — Keystart has increased property price and income limits across key loan products, effective 15 April 2026.

✅ Higher limits aligned to current Perth median prices
Updated price limits include:
• Low Deposit Home Loan (and Modular Loan): up to $860,000
• Urban Connect Home Loan: up to $800,000
• Urban Connect Shared Equity Loan: up to $800,000
• Shared Ownership Home Loan: up to $720,000
✅ Increased income thresholds so more people qualify
