🔅RBA Update: Cash Rate Unchanged🔅

The Reserve Bank of Australia has once again decided to hold the cash rate steady at 4.35%.
It has remained unchanged since November 2023.

Stage 3 tax cuts have kicked in as of the 1st of July, which means for many people a boost in borrowing power 💥🤯

For a single person on an income of $100,000 per year, the tax cuts could add an extra $21,000 to their borrowing power.

A couple with a combined annual income of $150,000 could add an extra $30,000 to their borrowing power.
