Prospective home owner updates 🏠 🏡

Buying your first home is one of life’s biggest milestones, and we want every Western Australian to have that opportunity.

That's why WA government is increasing the stamp duty concession threshold for established homes from $530,000 to $600,000, and the exemption threshold from $430,000 to $450,000.

This means Western Australians buying their first home will pay no stamp duty on purchases up to $450,000, and will receive a concessional stamp duty rate on properties valued up to $600,000.

It’ll help thousands of first home buyers each year, saving up to $15,390 when you buy a home.
