Every successful home loan approval has a story behind it, and this one is a great example of determination, persistence, and finding solutions when others see obstacles.
Our clients had a dream of purchasing their own home, but the journey wasn’t straightforward. The female applicant is an Australian Permanent Resident working as a Registered Nurse, while the male applicant is on a 485 visa and employed as a Marketing Manager.
One of the biggest challenges they faced was that they did not have a 20% deposit. On top of that, several lenders were hesitant because one applicant was on a temporary visa. As a result, many banks were unwilling to consider their application.
