To educate our staff on R U OK Day, last week UAA Group hosted a webinar featuring a special guest speaker Craig Hodges, who shared valuable insights in building stronger connections and supporting one another in the workplace.

A special thank you to Craig for delivering a presentation that staff described as "thought provoking and informative" and there were some "great ways to think about problems/solutions moving forward."

R U OK? Day is an important reminder to check in with those around us, build genuine relationships with our team members, and make these conversations part of our everyday, not just one day a year.
