Denary's New Section 94a Cost Summary Department

After 7 years of completing NSW Council Section 94a Cost Summary Reports, Denary has just opened a new department specifically aimed at preparing a Council required report for your specific Project and Council. Denary guarantee that the report will be completed and emailed out within 48 hours of receiving all the required information (which is listed on our website).

Set Fee for Reports
Denary will complete the Section 94a Cost Summary Report for a set fee of $750 + GST.

Denary has just been informed that one of the Residential Projects we are working on will be on Grand Designs Australia. The project is due to commence construction in mid September 2017 and completion is expected to be November 2018, so keep an eye out for updates.

What is a Section 94 Development Contribution?

Developments that lead to an increase in the local population, visitation or traffic will usually be required to pay development contributions. These contributions are known as Section 94 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979. NSW Councils require that these contributions are calculated based on an estimate prepared by a Registered Quantity Surveyor.
