📢 We've heard you — the Portable Long Service Leave scheme will now start on 1 October 2025.

Many in the community services sector told us that the original timing clashed with end-of-financial-year demands and other required changes. So, we’ve made the decision to give you more time to get ready.
🔹 Scheme starts: 1 October 2025
🔹 Regulations that determine the wage definitions are still being finalised
🔹 Levy rate: 2.2% on staff wages
