It was a fantastic evening, with the developer, builder, interior designers and Resilience Insurance LDI insurance providers all in attendance to personally share the story behind this exceptional project. CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
It’s fantastic to see that construction at Alex & Willow is well underway, with demolition now complete and the site fully cleared, with excavation expected to be completed by August. We were delighted to attend the display suite opening of Adorn Cremorne: an upcoming luxury residential development in Sydney’s lower north shore. Designed by renowned architecture firm DKO Architecture, the project aims to blend classic and contemporary design elements, drawing inspiration from the historic Ritz Cremorne, which opened in 1913. In particular, we loved hearing from purchasers about how Resilience Insurance LDI was a contributing factor in purchasing an apartment in this stunning residence.

It was tremendous to be at the recent SOD ceremony to celebrate the commencement of construction of Sovereign Park in Newcastle. We greatly appreciate Stronach Property and MARS Building Pty Ltd for being among the first to acquire Latent Defects Insurance (LDI) in the Hunter region. Strata Defect Specialists Sydney has been appointed as the independent Technical Inspection Service to oversee the project through construction to ensure that future residents remain confident that the building will be safeguarded against major structural defects.

An apartment development in Beecroft was recently ordered by the NSW Government to fix multiple , including waterproofing, fire safety and structural integrity. The residents were advised of a potential delay in costly rectification work due to the occupancy of the premises.
