Claire is known as the team’s go-to problem solver – she can “fix anything.” Whether she’s cracking the code on a complex Excel formula in the office or tinkering with household repairs outside of work, Claire’s resourcefulness and hands-on approach make her a standout.

Claire’s path to financial planning wasn’t linear. She initially earned an Honors degree in Engineering and later, a trip to Antarctica ignited her passion for the environment. This led her to complete a Master’s in Environmental Management: Sustainable Development. However, it was in financial planning where she found her true calling, combining her analytical skills with a passion for helping others.

Born in China and fluent in Mandarin, Claire is excited to help more Mandarin-speaking individuals access quality financial advice, aiming to shape their futures for the better.

Can I ask you something?
When did you last actually sit down and think about whether your financial adviser is the right person for your situation?

Most of us set and forget. We pick someone, trust them, and hope for the best. But not all advisers are created equal, and choosing the wrong one can have consequences that take years to show up.

We put together a free ebook called Top 7 Mistakes When Choosing a Financial Planner. It's straightforward and practical, covering things like how the industry actually works, why "free advice" is rarely free, and what questions you should be asking before you commit to anyone.

If you've ever felt unsure whether you're getting the right advice, this is for you.
Grab it free using the link below, and feel free to share it with anyone you think needs to read it.

What if you could upgrade your home, live on $200,000 a year in retirement, and still leave wealth behind for your kids?

That is exactly what we mapped out for a real couple who came to me recently. Everyone around them said it was too much. The numbers told a completely different story.

Good planning does not just tell you if you can afford it. It gives you the confidence to actually do it.

Watch the full video above to see how we worked it out.

Hannah is the kind of person who makes the chaos look easy. She keeps everything ticking along behind the scenes, juggling admin tasks with a smile and never missing a beat. When she's not keeping the team in check, you'll find her with headphones in, vibing to her favourite playlist or making a little music of her own.

Imagine retiring next year, then watching the market fall 20%.

That’s the kind of scenario people need to think about before they stop working, not after.

In this video, Stefan explains why investment strategies should change as retirement gets closer and why protecting your future lifestyle becomes just as important as growing wealth.

A lot of people focus on performance. Very few focus on what happens when markets get rough at the wrong time.

That’s where proper planning matters.

Where is your money actually going every month?

Most people think they have a budgeting problem. What they actually have is a visibility problem.

If you don’t know exactly what’s coming in and what’s going out, you’re guessing. And guessing is expensive.

That’s why we put this guide together.

Inside, you’ll see:
• How to get a real handle on your cash flow
• Where money quietly leaks without you noticing
• How to clean it up without changing your lifestyle overnight
• A simple way to start building savings consistently

This is the stuff most people avoid. It’s also the stuff that changes everything.

If you want to get on top of your finances, you can access the full guide here:

Facebook and Instagram Post:
If I asked you where your last $1,000 went… could you answer it?

That’s where most people get stuck.

It’s not about working harder or earning more. It’s about actually understanding your money.

It’s simple and practical. No overcomplicating it.

Thinking about reducing your insurance cover because the premiums feel too expensive?

Before you make changes, there are 3 things you should seriously think about first.

A lot of people focus on the cost today, but forget what could happen if their health changes, their cover gets reduced, or they need to make a claim later on.

Watch this before you make any decisions.

Johnson instantly elevates our standards with a trifecta we didn’t know we were missing: organisation, immaculate style, and the kind of cleanliness that makes the rest of us look like we work in a garage.

Johnson’s journey to financial planning reads like a career plot twist. He spent his early years launching, running, and successfully selling restaurants with family—until one too many frustrating conversations with his accountant inspired him to think, “I could do this better.” So he did.

When he’s not crunching numbers, you’ll find Johnson doing what he does best: exploring the restaurant scene with friends and maintaining a social calendar that would exhaust mere mortals. As the designated confidant for half his friendship group, he’s been training for financial planning his entire life—listening, advising, and probably picking up the bill.

As the youngest of eight siblings, Johnson inherited all the “fun” family responsibilities: IT support for his parents, financial troubleshooter for everyone, and professional fun uncle. Growing up in a big, tight-knit family gave him both the business acumen and confidence that now define his approach to work.
Beyond the office and his legendary social life, Johnson dabbles in property—and by “dabbles,” we mean he’s designed houses (his parents’ first home, though he’d prefer you didn’t see the photos), owns commercial and residential properties, flipped houses, and is currently knee-deep in a townhouse development project. Because apparently, some people need hobbies that don’t involve sitting down.

Here’s something most people get wrong about business deals. It’s not the number that decides everything.

In a recent deal we were involved in, we saw three things matter far more than price. Timing, trust, and what you bring to the table beyond capital.

Miss those, and even a strong offer can get overlooked.
