The InsureBuild team is pleased to announce that Kyle Patterson has been promoted to the role of:
Group General Manager
Kyle has been with the business for just under 8 years, holding a wide range of roles across Finance, Administration, Customer Care, Trade Allocations, Project Management, and most recently, IT and Business Services. Over this time, Kyle has consistently demonstrated his versatility, commitment, and passion for the business.
Kyle has been guided and worked alongside Stuart in his role as Managing Director in recent years, he has worked more closely under the mentorship and guidance of our COO, Sam Ratcliff, playing a key role in leading Insure Build's technological and operational transformation. Kyle has broadened his knowledge and deepened his understanding of the business across both strategic and operational levels. His innovative thinking, deep knowledge of the business, and dedication to improving every process and outcome have made a lasting impact across multiple departments.
With InsureBuild being his family’s business, Kyle is deeply committed to honouring its values and driving its future growth. He understands and respects the legacy of the organisation, as well as the important role InsureBuild plays within the broader community.
In this new role, Kyle will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of InsureBuild’s operational performance, across both Business-as-Usual (BAU) and Major Construction(MC) departments. He will provide strategic leadership and direction across all departments and regions, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and values. As a highly visible leader within the insurance industry, he will continue to be at the forefront of representing the InsureBuild brand with the reputation and impact we’ve built over the years.
When asked about stepping into this role, Kyle shared: I have such pride and appreciation for what has led this business to where it is today, and I cannot express how excited I am to step into this role and continue driving the growth and betterment of the InsureBuild brand.
