You may already be acquainted with the mass destruction of Nepal due to a recent 7.8 magnitude of earthquake. Till date, we have been informed by the news that over 5000 people have been deceased and still counting leaving thousands injured and stranded from their beloved houses and families. In a pledge to help some of the victims, especially victims of rural areas of Nepal: Sindhupalchowk, Gorkh
a, Dhading, Rasuwa, Kavre, Nuwakot and Dolakha, we have started collecting monetary funds from our end. This collected money will be sent off to the Security Advisor of the World Bank in Nepal, Retd. Col Pradeep Bahadur Shah who will then circulate this money to the teams who are going to help out the victims at the above listed areas. You can email Mr Pradeep Bahadur Shah at [email protected], or call him on +977 9801048737 or alternatively contact Deepashree Shah (Coordinator from Melbourne) through email at [email protected] for any enquiries regarding this matter. Our target is to collect as much as we can. However, what we are doing is, whenever our collection hits $2500, we send it off straight to Nepal through money transfer without waiting to top it up.
$2500 = NRs 201,925 approximately. Two hundred thousand rupees can help to buy many aids in Nepal so we are focussing on making ongoing money transfers of $2500 whenever we achieve it. Money transfers to Nepal from Australia are free so we can make ongoing transfers every now and then. "Our first lot of $2400 which is around NRs 200,000 has already reached Nepal and has been used to buy supplies for the victims in remote areas". Please join hands with us in helping out the victims of the earthquake in Nepal. Any amount can help. Please transfer the money in the following account:

* Please quote 'Relief fund' on the reference section while transferring the money. We can even come to collect the donation at your place if you are happy to give us cash. Please be advised that these donations are not tax deductible. We look forward to your generous donations. Regards,
