World Su***de Prevention Day: Creating Hope Through Action

Today, on World Su***de Prevention Day, we are reminded of a core principle of our Brotherhood: supporting one another through every season of life. Mental health challenges can touch anyone, but no one has to carry the weight alone.

Small actions can make a powerful difference. Checking in on a Brother, lending a listening ear without judgment, or reaching out when you're going through a tough time can truly change—and save—a life.

How You Can Help Today:
Reach Out: Send a quick text or call someone you haven't spoken to in a while.
Listen Openly: If a friend opens up, listen without rushing to give advice.
Normalize the Conversation: Remind those around you that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Let’s continue to build a community where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported. Together, we can create hope through action.

R U OK? Day: A Simple Question That Can Save a Life

As Freemasons, looking out for one another is at the heart of our Brotherhood. Brotherly Love isn't just a tradition—it’s a commitment to supporting each other through life's challenges, big and small.

You don't need to be an expert to reach out. If you notice a Brother, friend, or family member acting a little differently or seeming quiet, take a moment to ask: "Are you OK?"

Four Simple Steps to Start a Conversation:

Ask: Find a quiet, comfortable spot and ask how they're truly doing.

Listen: Give them your full attention without judgment or rushing to "fix" things.

Encourage Action: Help them think about simple steps or professional support if needed.

Check In: Follow up in a few days to show you genuinely care.

Let’s ensure no Brother walks alone. Make the call, send a text, or sit down for a coffee today.

If you or someone you know needs immediate support, please reach out:
