WHEN DOES THE CHANGE FROM 9.5% TO 10% SG TAKE EFFECT?

This takes effect from the first payrun PAID on or after 1 Jul 2021, irrespective of the end date of the pay period.

DO I NEED TO SPLIT MY PAYRUN SO THAT EVERYTHING UP TO 30 JUN IS AT 9.5% AND THEN THE REST IS AT 10%?

No - payruns should not be split - as per above, it is the first payrun PAID on or after 1 Jul 2021
