Apologies for being a bit quiet on socials lately. We have been getting our place ready to rent, and renovating our new place. Changes to first home buyer help coming 1 October!

Don’t be fooled… this is good and bad news for first home buyers.
It may seem helpful however in the past moves like this have increased demand and subsequently prices increase.
