✨️There’s a version of grief nobody prepares you for.

Not just the heartbreak…
But the paperwork.
The confusion.
The decisions.
The pressure of trying to keep life moving when your whole world has stopped.

✨️Looking back, there are 3 anchors that gave me a second chance after loss:

🤍 Faith.
🤍 Community.
🤍 Life Cover.

- Faith carried me spiritually.
- Community carried me emotionally.
- And life cover gave me the financial breathing room to survive, regroup and rebuild.

That experience completely changed how I see protection.

It’s not just about death.
It’s about continuity.

There’s a quiet pattern in many families that we don’t talk about.

We keep things… private.

How much we have.
Where it is.
Who should access it.

It’s seen as protection.
But in reality… it becomes confusion.

So when something happens:

No one knows where anything is. Accounts are discovered late.

Properties become “family discussions.” And decisions are made in rooms the children were never meant to depend on.

Add to that:

• unspoken expectations

Most people think writing a beneficiary = access.

It doesn’t.

When it comes to money market funds, that “beneficiary” is often just a note; not a transfer mechanism.

If your money market fund is in your name only:
