As National Volunteer Week comes to a close, weโre recognising the incredible people working behind the scenes who help make what we do possible. ๐
Our 11 volunteer board directors generously give their time, experience and leadership to support Our Community Company Ltd, the company behind six Community Bank branches, including ours, operating under franchise agreement with Bendigo Bank to deliver banking services with a strong community focus.
Their guidance helps shape the impact we make across our communities, supporting local initiatives, strengthening community connections and helping ensure our efforts remain relevant, meaningful and locally driven.
Thanks to their commitment, Our Community Company Ltd supports meaningful local employment for 33 team members across our region, creating opportunities for local people to build rewarding careers while continuing to make a difference in the communities we serve.
