The founder of Well Run

Lara Wehby is a Chartered Management Accountant with 15 years’ experience working in industry. Lara has extensive experience as a management accountant with selective experience in marketing, learning from working on some of Australia’s iconic brands such as Bundaberg Rum. This experience enables her to deliver cross functional services (Sales/Supply/Marketing/Finance), an invaluable resource to have available to any business providing a dynamic package of skills.

Lara founded Well Run (WR) after having her first child in 2015, in order to give her more flexibility. WR can help your business with anything from regular monthly reporting to complex decision-making. Although Lara offers a range of services, your most value is achieved by having her inducted into the team to do a commercial assessment of your business and then tailor a package that is a perfect fit. This usually involves setting up some foundation reporting and ensuring a clean set of accounts and data. Following this Lara can work with you on a regular or ad hoc basis to suit your requirements. This allows WR to tailor your bespoke package and be a true business partner.

While working for corporates Lara was known for her creative thinking and ability to solve complex problems, communicating the solutions succinctly to all stakeholders. Lara’s cross functional experience allows her to implement the business agile methodology within larger businesses by effectively bringing a squad together to tackle complex projects or solving the wider problems that the business finds itself getting stuck on.

Lara is extremely passionate and brings an infectious can-do attitude to the people she works with.
