Dont forget if you have employees you have until the 15th July to prepare and process the 2026FY STP Finalisation. ✔️

Also Pay Day Super starts from 1st July 2026, so if you are not ready for this, time is ticking! ⏰️

Important dates -

🍪 June 2026 Qtr Superannuation lodgement due prior to the 28th July.

🍪 June 2026 Monthly BAS due 21st July 2026.

🍪 June 2026 Qtr BAS due 28th July or 25th August if you use a Registered BAS or Tax Agent.

🍪 Pay Day Super starts first payrun on or after 1st July 2026.

Warning ⚠️ There has been alot of this going on. If you receive an invoice via email with a change of bank details, please follow this up with a phone call to the supplier. It takes very little time, and it ensures that the money you are about to pay is going to the right person. This particular company paid the invoice into the fraudulent bank account, and have now, via the court system, been made to pay the invoice again plus interest. Always be vigilant.

In a likely precedent-setting court case involving two companies, a business that received a fraudulent invoice email is ordered to pay costs to an electrical contractor who was hacked.

I have had so many people ask me about claiming the WA Student Assistance Payment without using the ServiceWA App, and I just saw the question again on a friends page, so its prompted me to post the link below. Just be aware that it will take longer to process the claim if you claim via this alternative method.
