Rowing Camp - 21-24 January 2016

First event for next year will be the rowing camp to be conducted over the period 21-24 January. The camp is for all club members and you do need to register. See details on the website. Volunteers needed - If you are able to help in the running of the camp - please let us know - all volunteers warmly welcomed!

Saturday 19 December - Christmas Cup - Capital Lakes Rowing Club - 7 am - 11 am. A morning of fun rowing events for ALL club member culminating in a brunch to celebrate the end of the year and the Christmas season. Please come dressed in your best Christmas rowing outfit and bring along decorations to make your boat bedazzle us - prizes for best christmas dressed, individual, crew and boat. Only $5 per head entry for racing and breakfast - best value regatta you will attend all year!

This Saturdays regatta is Tuggeranong Festival Cup. Races start at 8am on Lake Tuggeranong. Good luck girls!

REMINDER all rowers to bring a change of clothes, some warm clothing and some wet weather gear, as well as their normal regatta gear ( Zootie, hat, shirt, shoes, drink bottles, and SUNSCREEN!!!) See you tomorrow

A boat handling, boat rigging and boat loading training session for parents and interested club members will be held on Saturday morning 24 October from 8.00am at the Capital Lakes Rowing Club Boathouse.
