The RBA kept the official cash rate on hold last week. They did not confirm when or if another rate cut is on the cards. Some lenders have increased their fixed rates and variable rates. So arguably we are at or near the bottom of the interest rate cycle. So fixed rates should now be considered an option. If you would like to know your options, please reach out.
