A welcome pause for mortgage holders.

The RBA has left the cash rate unchanged at 4.35%, offering households some much needed breathing room after three increases this year.

While repayments remain challenging and future rate movements aren’t guaranteed, a stable cash rate provides a little more certainty for homeowners planning their budgets.

Now could be a good time to review your mortgage and make sure it still suits your circumstances. A better rate or loan structure may help ease the pressure.

Summer at Trent and Rachel’s place is about to look a whole lot cooler! ☀️💦

They reached out to see if building a pool was possible, so we reviewed their home loan, interest rate and available equity.
By working together, we were able to secure a lower interest rate, unlock enough equity for the pool and explore a 0% credit card balance transfer to help them reduce their overall debt.
