Big change is coming for first home buyers 🏡

From 1st October, the government’s expanded 5% deposit scheme takes effect. This means some eligible buyers may now be able to purchase with just a 5% deposit and in many cases avoid Lenders’ Mortgage Insurance.

The scheme also removes income caps and limits on places, with higher property price caps now applying. It’s one of the biggest shifts to first home buyer support in years 👀
