How Wonderful - Rani's Cuisine!

A special treat for my household this evening. A high welfare, humanely raised, pastured Sommerlads' Poultry chicken from Hand Sourced. I am thankful to be able to feed my family chicken that is free of hormones, antibiotics and other nasties. For tonight's dinner, absolutely none of the ingredients came from a supermarket, including the salt, locally grown pepper from Saltt Trading - Himalayan Salt & Aussie Pepper, butter from White Gold Creamery and vegetables from Sharons Farm Fresh Flowers, Fruit and Vegetables :). Happy Monday everyone!

Well here's a first! I just received a comment on our website telling me that SMOKED SALT is yum on... Ice Cream? Now I am going to have to try it out for myself! Has anyone else tried this unusual combination?
