A big welcome to our new ReadyTecher Mike W who joined the ReadyTech family as the Business Development Manager at Workforce Solutions based in NZ.

He brings with him more than 20 years of B2B sales experience across ANZ. His experience includes 13 years pre- and post-sale in IT and SaaS business development. He also has a deep understanding of change management and digital transformation.

Mike is enthusiastic about discovering what is important to our customers and adding to the vibrant and rapidly growing community of customers at Workforce Solutions.

Mahalay previously worked in the auditing and accounting software industry as a product owner of cloud-based solutions. She is solution driven and passionate about all aspects of product management, so much so that she is also undertaking an MBA!

He brings with him more than 10 years of experience in designing and developing web/Windows based solutions. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of Software Engineering and will primarily be working on implementation tool projects for our Zambion product.

Quan has 10 years of experience creating reliable code for high-volume enterprises, overseeing a range of .NET applications in a variety of contexts using a variety of programmes and technologies.

He’s very motivated towards gaining new skills at ReadyTech.
