Do you need more leads, or do you need to focus on conversion?

We were working with a client recently, and they were talking about how they need more leads.

But I was looking at their dashboard and this company had over $6.5million worth of open proposals, with an average dollar sale of $100,000! Just sitting there!

And they want to go and spend money on more leads.

I told them we need to spend some money on converting more of these inter-paying clients.

It amazes me how many business owners focus on top-line revenue growth, but not on gross profit and net profit growth.

You know what I say:

Revenue is vanity

Profit is sanity

Cash is king

If you’re not focusing on profit and take-home pay then why are you doing it?

Why keep building?

Why increase year on year?

How much time are you investing in your tea to make them awesome?

Most business owners I speak to are not putting in the time needed.

The challenge for you in this video is to:
