Recently there are scam sites doing scams on Twitter and Facebook.
Here is the information of the scam site:
If you are scammed, we’re sorry to hear about your experience and hope this information will help.

If you have lost money to a scam:

· Contact your bank or financial institution as soon as possible. They may be able to find where the money was sent, block the scam accounts, and help others avoid sending money to the scammer.

· If you are not satisfied with the response from your bank, you can seek free advice from the Australian Financial Complaints Authority.

· If you are experiencing financial hardship, contact the National Debt Helpline on 1800 007 007.

· Do not accept offers from third parties to help you get your money back - this is a common tactic used by scammers to take more money from you. Some services will charge you large amounts of money with little chance that you will get your money back. There are free services that can help you, including IDCARE.

Scam recovery and support:

· IDCARE provides a free and confidential support service for people who have been victims of scams, identity theft or other cybercrimes. They can provide support, help you recover, and teach you how to protect yourself in the future. You can contact IDCARE on 1800 595 160 and quote the reference number ACCC - ID21 so they know the ACCC's Scamwatch has referred you.

If you need crisis support:

· Please contact Lifeline or Beyond Blue.

If you're not sure if what you reported is a scam:

· Scams are getting more sophisticated and harder to identify. If you’ve asked us if something is a scam, it most likely is. Immediately stop contact with the scammer and use the resources in this email.
