A milestone we’re incredibly proud of. 🎓💙

Five months ago, we were invited to participate in Loan Market Elevate, a nationwide program bringing together a select cohort of high-performing, forward-thinking Mortgage Broking businesses from across Australia who share a commitment to growth, innovation and continually raising the bar for their customers.

Last week we travelled to Sydney for our final Retro sessions and Elevate Graduation. For us, this experience wasn’t about growing a bigger business. It was about building a better one.

Over the past five months, we’ve challenged the way we think, openly shared strategies, numbers, successes and barriers, and worked alongside an incredible group of business owners from across the country 🇦🇺.

Most importantly, Elevate has reinforced something that sits at the heart of Salerno Finance & Lending — as we grow and innovate, our customers must remain at the forefront of everything we do.

We want to continue finding smarter, more innovative ways to support our clients, improve their experience and make navigating finance easier — without ever losing the personal relationships and genuine care our business was built on.

As the cricket season wraps up, we’re grateful to be part of such a strong local community. Presentation night was a great reminder of the growth, effort and spirit of all the players—supported by dedicated parents, volunteers, coaches and committee.

Cricket runs deep in the Salerno family. Joe grew up as the oldest of three boys in the game, and now Joe and Kerry are proud to see that continue with their own three boys. Having coached and played alongside two of them—and hoping to do the same with the youngest—it’s something pretty special.

Moments like these, with our boys and nephew all coming through the club, are what it’s all about. Proud to support the next generation. 👏

We loved being part of the previous Careers & Trades Industry Evening at St Andrew’s Catholic College 🙌.

We’re passionate about more than just loans — we’re passionate about people, education, and creating real local career pathways.

It was an absolute privilege to speak with Year 10, 11 & 12 students about:
✔️ What it’s really like to work as a local mortgage broker
✔️ The many career pathways available in the finance industry
✔️ How rewarding it is to help local families and businesses achieve their goals
✔️ What our everyday broker life actually looks like — meeting clients, understanding their goals, analysing numbers, working with banks, problem-solving complex scenarios, and guiding people from first conversation right through to settlement
