The Reserve Bank has increased the cash rate by 0.25%, and we’re already seeing banks start to pass these changes on from 13 February.

If you haven’t reviewed your loan in a while, now might be a good time to check in and see how your current rate stacks up - or whether there are better options available.

🌧️ When QLD storms have other plans… 😂
We were all set to meet Beau and his family for the classic SOLD photo, but the skies decided to drop an ocean on us instead.

So… here’s the next best thing.... our very high-budget, completely accurate, totally professional stick-figure recreation. Nailed it, right?

I’ve loved helping Beau from the very beginning - from financing his build a few years back, to now helping him secure his next home as he moves onto his next project.

Big congrats to Beau and the fam!
Storms may stop photos, but they don’t stop great finance outcomes 🌧️➡️🏡✨
