This week we are incredibly proud to be supporting Richmind WA’s HeART & Soul Roaming Hearts Exhibition and to be displaying some of these beautiful pieces within our Solstice office space.

Richmind WA provides support and opportunities for people living with mental health challenges and psychosocial disability, helping individuals build confidence, connection, independence and purpose within the community.

This exhibition is about so much more than art. It is about connection, confidence, healing and giving participants a safe space to express themselves through creativity and storytelling.

Alongside each artwork, you will also find personal stories from the artists themselves, sharing the impact the program has had on their lives. Their honesty, courage and creativity is truly inspiring.

We would love for our clients, friends and community to pop in, take a moment to experience the exhibition, and support this very special initiative.

The artwork is available to view and purchase, with every piece helping support both the artists and the ongoing work of the HeART & Soul program.

Some stories stay with you long after you leave the room, and this exhibition is full of them.

⚠️ Thinking about fixing your rate?

Make sure you understand the limitations first.

With many fixed rate loans:

• Additional repayments are capped – you can usually only pay a limited extra amount each year.
• No redraw facility – once you pay extra, you often can’t access those funds again.
• Potential break costs – if you refinance, sell, or change the loan during the fixed term, there may be significant economic break fees.

Fixed rates can absolutely suit the right situation — but flexibility is often reduced.
