Chuffed for these legends & who purchased their new home over the weekend in beautiful Brunny West. It’s extra special because it was the first auction they attended and absolutely smashed it, which is very rare in the current market!
Also special because they’re the first new clients at Andor and were referred to me by a client from back in my fin planning days…so warm fuzzies all around 🙂
Like many of my clients at the moment, Meredith and Troy were figuring out the next phase of their lives and deciding whether to buy the dream home now or purchase a stepping-stone property while holding on to their first home.
