Some check-ins matter more than numbers. 💛

Today, take a moment to reach out to someone who has been on your mind. Ask “R U OK?” and give them the time and space to answer honestly.

You don’t need the perfect words or all the answers. Just showing that you care and being there to listen can mean more than you realise.

If you’re thinking it, ask R U OK? Any Day. 💛

Last night we attended the Ipswich Region Business Excellence Awards, and I’m so incredibly grateful to have been named a finalist for the 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝. 🙏💙

From handing out sunflowers to cancer care patients, to swapping my heels for gumboots on weekends, hosting fun high teas, taking part in fun runs and organising Bogan Bingo fundraisers, She’s My Broker loves being involved in our wonderful community.

I truly believe that as a business owner, it’s important to give back and look after the community that supports us.

None of this would be possible without my friends, family, clients and all the amazing people who support and get involved in my community projects. Having that support behind me means more than I can say.

Being recognised as a finalist for Community Involvement is incredibly special, and I’m so proud of what we’ve been able to contribute together. 💙🙌

The fur babies have a question… 🐾

“Wouldn’t it be helpful to know how much you could borrow before finding the perfect home?” 👀🏡

Before you fall in love with a property, it helps to know exactly where you stand. Understanding your borrowing power early can give you the confidence to shop within your budget, move quickly when the right home comes along, and avoid that stressful “we love it… but can we actually afford it?” moment.

The fur babies might not understand interest rates, but they do understand comfort and snacks.
We’ll help with the finance. They’ll handle the supervision. 🐶

Rocky sneakily escaped and got out, only to appear at my window a little while later asking to come back in. 😆

Yup, he briefly explored his options… then decided home was still the better deal. 🐾🏡

And honestly, your home loan can be a bit like that too.

What worked for you when you first took out your loan might not be the best fit now. Your income may have changed, your goals may be different, your interest rate may have moved, or life might simply look a little different than it did a few years ago.

A home loan review doesn’t mean you have to make a big change. It’s simply a chance to check whether your current loan still suits you and where you’re heading.

If your home loan has you feeling a little like Rocky at the window, it might be time for a fresh look. 👀

We’re here when you need us.

EOFY has these two looking a little concerned.😜

The end of financial year can feel like a lot: tax time, updated paperwork, changing income, business figures, new goals and that little voice asking, “Should I be reviewing my home loan too?”🤔

The good news is, you don’t need to work it all out on your own.

July is a great time to take a fresh look at where things are sitting, especially if you’re thinking about buying, refinancing, renovating, investing, or just wanting to know if your current loan still suits where life is at.

A quick check-in now can save a lot of guesswork later.

If EOFY has you feeling as curious as these two, we’re always happy to help you make sense of the finance side.
