🤔 Why?
Banks assume you could max out that limit at any time, so they factor the potential debt into your serviceability.

📉 Example:
That $10,000 credit card limit could potentially be reducing your borrowing power by up to approximately $50,000.

Little throwback to the beautiful Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers, well worth the visit. Between then & now, I attempted a garden. It started with big dreams, ended with casualties and will never speak of it again (built a deck over it).
