Equity Boost is focused on facilitating affordable housing for the Elderly, Disabled, and potential buyers with affordability constraints.

We provide quality homes in established locations in and around Brisbane, suitable for our targeted buyers.

We utilize our wide network of contacts in the Queensland Property Industry to secure sites in some of South East Queensland’s most sought after locations.

Commercial Investment returns are provided to our Equity Partners, whilst offering our buyers quality homes, specifically designed for their individual requirements at or
below market value.

We target land acquisition in established suburbs, where existing transport and retail infrastructure is available.

Our Development Structure will provide buyers with Equity in their property acquisition in most cases from day one, due to the discounts created via our bulk purchasing power for land and construction alike

We also propose to allocate a proportion of our income to nominated charities, which is consistent with our Company ethos to assist the under privileged in society.
