Most people come to me thinking they need perfect finances, a huge deposit and their entire life figured out before they can even start asking questions.
Reality? Most buyers are far more ready than they think.
I want buying property to feel exciting again.
Not intimidating.
Not embarrassing.
Not something only “wealthy” people can do.
