Let's normalise older children being appropriately restrained!

This is Rey Rey, she turns 11 at the end of the year and doesn't yet fit an adult seat belt properly.

She is about 137 cm tall and all legs.

Despite the fact she can legally not use a booster, she is still in one because it is safer for her.

She is on the second last height adjustment for this booster so likely has one good growth spurt to go.

Rey Rey actually doesn't want to be out of her booster because she understands she's safer and she is actually less comfortable sitting like an adult cause the seatbelt doesn't fit her properly.

There is a sharp increase in child fatalities in cars in the 7 plus age category because a lot of children stop using boosters too soon.

Please keep your children restrained until they reach 1.45 m or 12 years of age, it can literally make the difference between life and death.
