New manager for your building? Hereโs what is happening behind the scenes.
If SAS Property Managers has recently started managing your property, the most obvious change may be a new point of contact or different payment instructions.
Behind the scenes, there is much more happening.
We review the leases and agreed variations, upcoming critical dates, maintenance responsibilities, outstanding works, compliance records, insurance documents and the way the property has been operating day to day.
The purpose is not simply to transfer the paperwork.
It is to make sure important information does not disappear during the changeover.
For tenants, that means existing maintenance matters and agreed arrangements are understood.
For owners, it means the property is being assessed as an operating asset, not simply added to a system.
For contractors and service providers, it means work already underway can be identified, confirmed and followed through with clear instructions.
A good handover should feel uneventful.
You may notice a new name or contact detail, but the property itself should keep running properly.
Property Management. Done Properly.
