Two years ago, Jaz and I decided to come to Guild Mortgage and start a team even though neither of us had ever closed over $5M in production. Many people told us it was too big of a risk and unlikely to be successful. We ignored the noise and put belief in our work ethic, compatible personalities, and amazing referral partners. Fast forward two years, and we are tracking to hit $30+ million in purchase volume for 2024, have a dialed in system, and have been able to surround ourselves with the best real estate agents and referral partners in the Biz. I am Jake Lambro, a lending professional taking a new age approach to a predominantly 'old' industry. I am leveraging social media to help convert referral partners into genuine friendships. Real estate as a whole in Washington is dominated by realtors and lenders alike that have been in the industry it for DECADES. ​​​​​​​​​
It is going to take a team to takeover market share and I believe that is done by the younger generation of realtors partnering with a young, hungry, and savvy lender such as myself leveraging one another's others skills to help the new generation of home buyers get into homes.

Too many young realtors are referring their clients to their bosses/managing brokers lender who provides bad service, provides nothing in return, and doesn't know how to speak to people our age.

Over the last two years, my approach seems to be working as for our team has closed over $50 million in loan volume and has cultivated a community of referral partners that I like to think refer to me as their 'friend' before their 'lender'
